Lil Wayne's Mother recently tweeted about Nivea and Weezy's expected son. Along with Mack Maine who confirmed nivea gave birth to healthy boy named Niel. Congrats Weezy! Also this picture is of his 1 year old son who looks just like him when he was a baby!
